Official: Transportation problems require diverse solutions

There needs to be new leadership and new solutions to the nation’s traffic problems, specifically rapidly growing congestion. That’s the message U.S. Secretary of Transportation Mary Peters gave to business, community and political leaders at a Westmarc Forum Series breakfast Friday in Glendale.
