Dollar Falls Again, Making a Euro Trip Even More Expensive

Those people heading over to Europe for a nice cultural vacay will need to bring some extra greenbacks.  Bad news from the US’s finacial market led to the drop.

The dollar fell to another new low against the euro Friday in midmorning trading on speculation that U.S. interest rates will be cut again.

After rising to a record $1.4375, the euro slipped back to $1.4369, higher than the $1.4319 it bought in late Thursday trading in New York.   Read more here.

I went to Europe two summers ago, after making enough dough through online trading from Gorilla Trades, and it was super expensive then – especially Paris.  I would suggest Prague for travlers on a budget.  With no Euros there yet the dollar is still king.
