If you have saved enough money a trip to Australia would be well worth the cost.  After the initial cost of a plane ticket to get to this lovely destination, the rest of the tip could be quite thrifty depending on what type of lodgings you choose.  Australia, like Europe, caters to younger travelers who may not have deep bank accounts by offering a wide variety of lodgings such as youth hostels.  While the climate varies immensely, the best time  to travel to Australia is in the summer, which is  actually December-February, because it is in the southern hemisphere.  Also this is the time when the Australian Open tennis tournament is being played in Melbourne, which is definitely worth checking out.  Also, Australia has many beautiful natural wonders like their beaches, alpine areas and the great barrier reef.
