I love spending time outdoors. One of my most favorite things to do is eat dinner on the patio when the weather is nice. I got a beautiful outdoor rug and I put a few chairs and a table on it. My family loves it because they feel like it’s an extension of the house.

The rugs inside of my house are also great. I have an area rugs in the dining room, a shag rug in my daughter’s bedroom and rugs in the rest of the house.

And while I like all of them, I have to say that my favorite is the outdoor rug because since we’ve had it, my family spends a lot more time together. The kids run around and play while my husband grills and that frees me up to get a few things done inside. Then we sit down to eat and because there is no television, we find ourselves talking a lot and really connecting as a family.
