Although it can sometimes seem as if the customer doesn’t count anymore. Here are some businesses that still care about customer service, even online.

The great thing about Victoria’s Secret is that they honor their online pricing even in store, you just have to ask. It is wise to get on their email list because they send out coupons often for free shipping and percentages off. They offer return shipping and a flat shipping rate of 2 dollars per order everyday.

Amazon: The original online book retailer now has more products than you could ever dream of and their customer service is also top notch. Amazon has extensive reviews on products that are unbiased and written by customers who have purchased the product. They have coupons for free shipping and tons of rewards if you have their credit card.
It’s nice to know that customer service still counts to some retailers doing business online.
